The Remnant Awakens - Episode 7(3.2) The Greatest Lie – Once Saved Always Saved

The Remnant Awakens

Chapter 1

Intro

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Shalom family. It’s—it’s good to be back with you all. I’m your brother Pierre Lidji, and welcome to another powerful episode of The Remnant Awakens. Now, today’s topic, it’s one that’s gonna challenge a lot of what you might’ve been taught in the modern church. I mean, we’re digging into one of the greatest lies ever told—this idea of “once saved, always saved.”

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

And I know, I know, some of you right now are thinking, “Wait, isn’t that biblical?” But listen, family, when we truly dive into what Yahusha says, when we really study the Scriptures, we’re gonna see that this doctrine, this idea—it doesn’t align with the Word. It, like, literally doesn’t.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

So, I need you to stick with me, okay? Because like always, we’re not here just to scratch the surface. We’re gonna go deep. Deep into the Scriptures, deep into understanding, and deep into the truth that sets us free. Let’s let go of what we think we know and find out what Yah really says.

Chapter 2

The Lie of 'Once Saved, Always Saved'

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Alright, so let’s start unpacking this. The mainstream church has this doctrine, it’s everywhere—“Once saved, always saved.” And basically, it’s telling people, “Oh, as long as you believe in Jesus one time, you're good. You’re guaranteed heaven no matter what you do after that.”

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

But family, I mean, think about it. Does that even make sense? Look, just logically—how does that, you know, align with the nature of Yahuah? He’s a righteous and holy Elohim. Yet this doctrine makes it sound like you can live however you want, do whatever you want, kinda like grace just cancels out all accountability.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

The Scriptures are clear—salvation isn't some one-time pass. It’s not, you know, like joining a club where you get lifetime membership just for signing up once. It’s a covenant—a walk, a relationship. And relationships, they—they require effort. They require obedience and faithfulness.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

But when you tell people, “You can’t out-sin grace,” or “You can never lose salvation,” what you're really doing is stripping away the fear of Yahuah. And—and Proverbs says, “The fear of Yahuah is the beginning of wisdom.” Without that reverence, what happens? People fall into lukewarmness, into lawlessness. Into deception.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

And look, it’s not just about behavior. It's about heart posture—it’s about covenant faithfulness. Yahuah wants a bride who’s actively seeking Him, who’s obedient, not someone who’s just coasting, thinking they’ve got their ticket stamped for eternity.

Chapter 3

What Yahusha Actually Said (Matthew 24:13)

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Now, family, I wanna take us straight to the Word. Matthew 24:13, where Yahusha Himself says, “But the one who endures to the end will be saved.” So let’s break that down, right?

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

First, “endures.” Yahusha isn’t talking about a one-time decision, you know, like praying a prayer and that's it. No, He’s saying we need to continue, to stand firm, to stay faithful even when trials come. And trust me, trials will come. Deception, persecution, betrayal, lawlessness—He’s warning us about all of it. And it’s not easy to endure through all that, but it’s what we’re called to do.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

And then He says, “to the end.” This part—whew, we’ve gotta take it seriously. Salvation isn’t something you receive today and then, well, just forget about. It’s not guaranteed until the end. Yahusha’s making it clear, there’s no halfway commitment here. It’s not about how you start—it’s about how you finish. The walk has to last all the way to the end of your journey, no shortcuts.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Finally, “will be saved.” And family, see the word? “Will.” That’s future tense. Yahusha isn’t saying you’re saved right now just because you believe. No, He’s pointing to a promise that comes later—after endurance, after faithfulness, after sticking to Him no matter the cost. That’s when salvation is fulfilled.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

So this one verse, it completely dismantles the doctrine of “once saved, always saved.” Yahusha is calling us to a higher standard, to commitment. To a covenant where faithfulness isn’t optional, it’s required. And honestly, family, it should stir us up—stir us to wake up from any lukewarmness, any complacency. The stakes are too high for us to think we can just coast by.

Chapter 4

Hebrews 10:26–27: The Sin That Cancels Grace

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Alright, family, let’s dive right into Hebrews 10:26–27. It says, “For if we sin willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more sacrifice for sins, but a fearful expectation of judgment.” Whew—those are some heavy words, I mean, they really are.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Now, what does it mean to “sin willfully”? That’s the key, right? We’re not talking about a moment of weakness, like, you know, when you slip up in frustration or fall into temptation for a moment. This—it’s deeper than that. This is rebellion. Deliberate, intentional rebellion against Yahuah after you already know the truth. After you’ve been brought into the light. After you’ve tasted Yahusha’s sacrifice and His goodness.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

And family, let me be clear—this passage isn’t saying that grace runs out the first time you mess up, no. It’s talking about rejecting Yahusha, rejecting His blood, and choosing to go back to lawlessness. It’s like, it’s like turning your back on Him and walking away, knowing full well what you’re doing. That’s the kind of willful sin we’re warned about here.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Think about it—when you reject the only sacrifice that can cover your sins, what’s left? What’s left is judgment. It’s, it’s the kind of judgment that comes with fire and fury, the judgment of a righteous and just Elohim. And honestly, if that doesn’t make you pause, I don’t know what will. Yahuah isn’t playing around with this. His grace is incredible, yes, but it’s not a license to rebel.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

This is where we’ve gotta examine ourselves, family. Are we treating His grace with the reverence it deserves? Or are we taking it for granted, thinking we can just live however we want? Hebrews 10 is a wake-up call—a real, serious wake-up call. Once you enter into His covenant, it’s not a game. It’s a sacred commitment. And breaking that covenant knowingly? That’s what puts you in danger of this fearful judgment.

Chapter 5

Can You Come Back After Falling?

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Now, let’s talk about something powerful, family—repentance. See, we’ve all fallen short, right? None of us are perfect. But here’s the beauty of Yahuah’s mercy—when we turn back to Him, He’s waiting with open arms. Ezekiel 18:21 puts it perfectly: “If the wicked turn from all his sins... he shall surely live.” That’s a promise from Yahuah Himself—it’s, it’s His heart for us.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Listen, repentance isn’t just, you know, saying “sorry” and then going back to the same old patterns. It’s about turning, like really turning, away from sin and aligning yourself with His ways. 1 John 1:9 tells us, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us.” Faithful, family. Faithful and just. That means we can trust Him to honor His Word when we come humbly, seeking His forgiveness.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

But—and this is a big but—we’ve gotta understand there’s a danger when we harden our hearts, when we keep rejecting His call to repentance. Hebrews 6:4–6 lays it down heavy. It says, “It’s impossible for those who were once enlightened... if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance.” Whew. Those are sobering words, aren’t they? I mean, just think about it.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

This isn’t talking about someone who stumbles and repents. No, it’s talking about someone who keeps hardening their heart, who chooses to walk away, again and again, despite knowing the truth, despite tasting Yahusha’s goodness. And family, when we push Yahuah away long enough, we risk reaching a point where repentance isn’t just hard—it might not even be possible anymore.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

So the question becomes—where’s your heart? Are you truly turning back to Him, or are you playing games with grace, thinking there’s always gonna be another chance? It’s not something we can take lightly, family. Yahuah’s mercy is incredible, but we’re called to respond to it now—while we still can.

Chapter 6

Verse-by-Verse Breakdown

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Alright, family, let’s get into these Scriptures, because the Word tells us exactly where we stand if we stray from obedience. First up, Hebrews 10:26–27. It’s clear—“For if we sin willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more sacrifice for sins, but a fearful expectation of judgment.” It’s talking about willful rebellion, not mistakes or moments of weakness, but a deliberate choice to go against Yahuah. And when we do that, family, there’s no covering left—just judgment. That’s serious.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Now let’s look at Ezekiel 18:24. It says, “But when the righteous turns away from his righteousness and commits iniquity ... all his righteousness that he has done shall not be remembered.” Whew. Think about that, family. It’s telling us righteousness isn’t permanent unless we stay in it. If you turn back to lawlessness, everything you’ve done in righteousness—it’s forgotten. What sense would “once saved, always saved” make in light of that?

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

And then there’s Revelation 3:5, where Yahusha promises, “The one who overcomes will be dressed in white robes, and I will never blot his name out of the Book of Life.” But family, for Him to say He won’t blot out a name? That means He can, right? It means names can be removed if we don’t stay faithful, if we don’t overcome. This isn’t a game—it’s eternal stakes we’re talking about.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Now, this one hits hard—John 15:6. Yahusha says, “If anyone does not remain in Me, he is thrown out like a branch and withers; and they gather them and throw them into the fire.” That’s powerful imagery. It’s not enough to believe once and then disconnect, family. If we don’t stay connected to Yahusha, if we don’t remain in Him, there’s no fruit, no life—just judgment.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

And finally, Romans 11:22. It says, “Consider therefore the kindness and sternness of Yahuah: sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue in His kindness. Otherwise, you also will be cut off.” See that? “Provided that.” Salvation is conditional, family. It requires continuation, persistence—obedience. There’s no room for complacency, for thinking we’re safe no matter what we do. This walk is all about staying aligned with Him to the end.

Chapter 7

What Does It Mean to Endure to the End?

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Family, what does it really mean to endure to the end? Yahusha calls us into a life that's not just about starting the race but staying faithful till the finish line. It’s—it’s not a sprint, but a covenant walk. A journey where obedience is tested and refined, every step of the way.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Look, endurance starts with walking in the Ruach, in His Spirit. It’s about letting the Ruach guide us daily, teaching us how to align our lives with Yahuah’s ways. Not walking in our flesh, not following the world, but choosing His path even when it’s tough. And trust me, family, it will get tough. There will be moments when you’re tested, but it’s through trials that our faith grows stronger.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

And this walk—it isn’t random. It’s rooted in Torah, in keeping Yahuah’s commands. That means honoring His Shabbath, celebrating His Feasts, walking the ancient paths He set for His people. These aren’t just traditions or, you know, checklists—they’re His blueprint for how to live as His set-apart people. They’re how we stay connected to Him and His covenant.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

But it’s not just about external obedience, family. Yahuah is looking at our hearts. Are we bearing the fruit of love? Are we walking in genuine repentance? Repentance isn’t just something you do once and forget about. It’s a lifestyle—it’s like constantly re-aligning your heart with Him, turning away from sin and toward His righteousness, every single day.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

And let’s not forget what it means to stand in the Name of Yahusha. It’s more than just believing, family—it’s living in a way that reflects Him, representing Him in everything we do. It’s standing firm in your faith when the world mocks and misunderstands you, knowing who you belong to and who has called you.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

This journey—it’s not a single moment of salvation; it’s covenant faithfulness that lasts a lifetime. Yahuah isn’t asking for perfection but for perseverance, for a bride that endures, that’s steadfast, that clings to Him no matter what comes her way.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

And family, this is what sets apart those who truly belong to Him. Endurance isn’t optional—it’s required. It’s the proof of our love, our faith, our commitment. It’s what keeps us on this narrow path, pressing forward, step by step, until the very end.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Because the truth is, salvation is a journey. It’s not something we just receive and then coast through life. It’s the fruit of a covenant walk, and that’s why enduring to the end matters so much. Without it...

Chapter 8

Closing Word

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Alright, family, here’s where it all comes together. This whole idea of “once saved, always saved”—it’s not just misleading. It’s dangerous. I mean, it literally tells us we can stop running the race before we even cross the finish line. But that’s not the truth of Scripture. Matthew 24:13—that’s the truth. Yahusha says, “He who endures to the end shall be saved.” Endure to the end.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Family, this walk—it’s not about starting strong and then falling away. It’s not about believing once and then thinking we’re done. It’s about staying faithful. It’s about pressing on. Because, listen, salvation isn’t some one-time event; it’s not just a moment. It’s—it’s a covenant. A sacred relationship where faithfulness, endurance, and obedience are required to walk this path till the end.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

And let me tell you, the journey isn’t easy. That’s why Yahusha calls us to endurance. There will be trials. There will be temptations. And yes, there will be moments you feel like giving up. But family, listen—those who endure, they’re the ones who see Yah’s promise fulfilled. Those who stay faithful, those who cling to Him no matter what—that’s the bride Yahusha is looking for.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

And honestly, we’ve gotta stop playing games with grace. Grace—man, grace is beautiful. It’s powerful. But it’s not a license to live however we want, to coast through life as if the kingdom doesn’t require anything from us. Yahusha didn’t endure the cross so we could live lukewarm. He gave everything for us. And family, He calls us to give everything back—to pick up our cross and follow Him daily.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

So hear me on this, family. The world might tell you salvation is easy, that once you’ve got it, you can’t lose it. But Yahusha says otherwise. He says we’ve got to endure, to stand firm, to keep running this race with Him. Because in the end, it’s not about how we start—it’s about how we finish. And if we endure to the end...

Chapter 9

Ending

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

And this is it for today, family. This has been an incredible journey we’ve shared together, breaking down one of the greatest lies ever told—the idea of “once saved, always saved.” I hope you’re leaving this episode not just with more knowledge, but with a stirred heart, a renewed desire to seek the truth in Yah’s Word, and a commitment to walk faithfully in the covenant He has called us into.

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

We are the remnant, family. The ones called out, set apart—not to blend in with the world, but to reflect Yahusha’s light, even when it costs us something. And trust me, it will. This walk isn’t easy, it’s—it’s not for the fainthearted. But it’s worth it. Every step of endurance, every act of obedience, every moment of faithfulness—it matters. Because our Elohim is faithful, too, and His promises endure forever.
