Alright, let’s start with something that seems simple but is actually huge: oaths. You know, swearing on the Bible in court, or making promises with your hand on your heart. But what did Yahusha actually say about this? In Matthew chapter 5 verse 34 to 37, He says, “Do not swear at all... Let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ be ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.” That’s pretty direct, right? No wiggle room. He’s not saying, “Don’t lie.” He’s saying, “Don’t even swear.” Because the moment you start swearing by something higher, you’re putting yourself under a spiritual contract. And, honestly, most of us don’t even realize what we’re signing up for. I mean, I used to think, “It’s just words, right?” But words are binding. Words are spiritual. That’s why Yahusha warns us—don’t play with oaths. Just be real. Be honest. Let your yes be yes, and your no be no. Anything more, He says, is from the evil one. That’s not me talking, that’s straight from the Messiah.

Now, let’s look at the world around us. Modern courts—have you ever noticed how much they look and feel like temples? I mean, think about it. The judge sits up high, like a priest. You got the robes, the rituals, the language nobody understands unless you went to law school. And then, of course, the oath. “Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God?” But which god are they talking about? Because, honestly, most of these systems are not built on Yahuah’s law. They’re built on something else—Babylon’s system. If you’ve listened to our episode on the pyramids and ancient empires, you know what I’m talking about. These are spiritual systems, not just legal ones. The court is a temple, the judge is a priest, and the oath is a sacrifice. It’s wild when you really see it.

So, what’s really going on here? There’s a counterfeit priesthood at work. The real priesthood—back in Torah, in the days of Moshe and Aharon—was about serving Yahuah, interceding for the people, and teaching the difference between clean and unclean, holy and profane. But what do we have now? A system that looks holy, sounds official, but is actually just a copy. It’s a priesthood that serves the state, not the Most High. And, look, I’m not saying every judge or lawyer is evil—don’t get me wrong. But the system itself is a spiritual trap. It’s designed to make you submit, to make you confess, to make you swear. And every time you do, you’re stepping into a spiritual contract that’s not from Yahuah. That’s the counterfeit. It looks real, but it’s not.

Let’s talk about America for a second. Revelation chapter 18 verse 23 to 24 says, “By your sorceries all nations were deceived. In her was found the blood of prophets and saints...” That’s heavy. Sorcery isn’t just magic tricks—it’s spiritual manipulation, deception, contracts, oaths, all that. America’s legal system, honestly, is a spiritual trap. It’s not just about laws and rules. It’s about binding people, spiritually and physically. And, if you look at history—slavery, broken treaties, false promises—it’s all about contracts and oaths that were never from Yahuah. The blood of the prophets and saints is in the system. That’s why so many people feel stuck, judged, condemned, even when they’re innocent. The system is designed to trap you, not free you.

So, what do we do? How do we escape? First, refuse to swear oaths. If you’re in court, and you can, affirm instead of swearing. Or, if you gotta say something, say, “I affirm to tell the truth.” Don’t put yourself under a spiritual contract. Second, come out of Babylon’s legal system unless you absolutely have to be there. Don’t run to court for every little thing. Third, never make spiritual agreements without discernment. Just because something sounds good doesn’t mean it’s from Yahuah. Fourth, trust in Yahuah’s judgment, not man’s courtroom. Sometimes you gotta let Him fight your battles. And, most important, declare Yahusha as your advocate and High Priest. Hebrews chapter 4 verse 14 to 16 says we have a High Priest who can sympathize with our weaknesses. He’s the one who stands for us. Not the judge, not the lawyer—Yahusha. That’s your real defense.

Here’s the truth, family. You’re not just being judged in court—you’re being processed through a false religious system disguised as law. Every oath made outside of Yahuah is a snare. Every courtroom that denies His Name is a trap. I know that sounds harsh, but it’s real. We gotta wake up. We gotta see the system for what it is. And we gotta come out, spiritually and physically, whenever we can. Don’t let Babylon process you, Let Yahuah set you free.
