The Remnant Awakens - Exposing the Prosperity Gospel: The Truth About Blessings, Healing, and False Signs

The remnant awakens

Chapter 1

Intro

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

shalom, family. This is The Remnant Awakens, and I’m your brother Pierre Lidji. I’m glad you’re here, whether you’re listening in your car, at work, or maybe you just needed a break from all the noise out there. Today, I wanna talk about something that’s been heavy on my heart for a long time. We’re exposing one of the biggest lies in modern Christianity — the so-called prosperity gospel. Yeah, you heard me. The idea that faith is all about getting rich, being healthy, and living your best life now. But is that really what the Scriptures teach? Or is it just another deception, another way to keep us asleep? Let’s get into it.

Chapter 2

WHAT IS THE PROSPERITY GOSPEL?

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

So, what is the prosperity gospel, anyway? I mean, you probably heard it before — “Sow a seed, reap a harvest.” “If you have enough faith, you’ll never be broke, never be sick, never struggle.” It’s everywhere, especially on TV, social media, all these mega preachers with their shiny suits and private jets. They say, “God wants you to be rich. If you’re not, maybe you just don’t believe enough.” But let’s be real — is that what Yahusha taught? Did the apostles walk around collecting offerings to buy mansions? Nah man. The prosperity gospel is basically this: it teaches that material wealth and perfect health are guaranteed if you just believe hard enough and give enough money. It’s like turning Yahuah into a vending machine. Put in your tithe, get out a blessing. But that’s not how covenant works. That’s not how faith works. And honestly, it’s not even how life works.

Chapter 3

FAKE MIRACLES AND FALSE HEALINGS

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Now, let’s talk about the show — the fake miracles, the false healings. You ever seen those videos where a preacher smacks someone on the forehead and they fall out, or suddenly someone’s “healed” on stage? I mean, I’m not saying Yahuah can’t heal — He absolutely can, and He does. But a lot of what we see today is just... it’s just a performance. It’s emotional hype, smoke and mirrors. People get caught up in the moment, and sometimes they wanna believe so bad, they convince themselves something happened. But then, a week later, nothing’s changed. The same pain, the same struggle. And the preacher? He’s already on to the next city, the next offering. It’s sad, honestly. And it’s dangerous, because it makes people doubt the real power of Yahuah. It makes them think, “If I’m not healed, maybe I don’t have enough faith.” But that’s not the truth. That’s not how Yahuah operates.

Chapter 4

HOW YAHUAH’S BLESSINGS REALLY WORK

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

So, how do Yahuah’s blessings really work? I mean, we know Yahuah is good — He’s the giver of every good thing. But His blessings aren’t just random gifts for whoever shouts the loudest or gives the most money. Blessings are covenant-based. That means, they come from relationship, from obedience, from walking in His ways. Like we talked about in the episode on the Torah, it’s about following His instructions, not just chasing after stuff. Sometimes, blessings look like peace in the middle of chaos. Sometimes, it’s having just enough, not an overflow. Sometimes, it’s even discipline — yeah, I said it — discipline, because He loves us. The world says, “More money, more blessings.” But Yahuah says, “Seek first the Kingdom, and all these things will be added to you.” Not the other way around. It’s not a formula, it’s a relationship.

Chapter 5

HOW HEALING WORKS IN TRUTH

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

And about healing — let’s get real. Yahuah is still Yahuah Rapha, the Healer. He hasn’t changed. But healing isn’t a circus act. It’s not about who can shout the loudest or who falls down first. Sometimes, healing is instant. Sometimes, it’s a process. Sometimes, it doesn’t come the way we expect. Remember Sha’ul — Paul — he prayed three times for his thorn to be removed, and Yahuah said, “My grace is enough.” That’s not what the prosperity preachers wanna tell you. But it’s the truth. Healing is about trust, about surrender. It’s about knowing that, whether we’re healed now or in the world to come, Yahuah is still good. And sometimes, the greatest healing is in our hearts, not our bodies. I mean, I’ve seen people get healed, and I’ve seen people not get healed. But both times, Yahuah was present. Both times, faith was real.

Chapter 6

HOW TO KNOW IF YOUR PASTOR IS ON THE NARROW WAY

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

So, how do you know if your pastor — or any leader — is really on the narrow way? 1 John chapter 2 verse 4 says, “He that says, ‘I know Him,’ and keeps not His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.” That’s strong, but it’s real. If your pastor is always talking about money, about “sowing seeds” for a new car, but never about repentance, obedience, or the commandments — that’s a red flag. If he’s living large while the people struggle, that’s another red flag. The narrow way is about humility, about truth, about walking like Yahusha walked. It’s not about building empires or chasing fame. It’s about serving, loving, and keeping the covenant. If your leader isn’t pointing you back to Yahuah, back to the commandments, back to the true names — like we talked about in previous episodes — then you gotta ask yourself, “Who are they really serving?”

Chapter 7

FINAL WARNING

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Family, I gotta give you this warning. 2 Timothy chapter 4 verse 3 says, “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears.” That’s now. People wanna hear what makes them feel good, not what makes them holy. They want comfort, not conviction. But the truth is, the narrow way isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it’s lonely, sometimes it’s hard. But it’s the only way that leads to life. Don’t let these false teachers, these prosperity preachers, steal your inheritance. Don’t trade the truth for a lie, just because it sounds good. Test everything. Go back to the Scriptures. Ask Yahuah for wisdom. And don’t be afraid to walk alone if you have to. The remnant is always a minority, but we’re never alone.

Chapter 8

Outro

Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji

Alright, family — this is your wake-up call. Don’t fall for the hype, don’t chase after empty promises. Yahuah’s way is narrow, but it’s worth it. Family — this is your wake-up call. The true Gospel isn’t about wealth — it’s about covenant. It’s not about hype — it’s about holiness. It’s not about “Jesus” — it’s about Yahusha Ha’Mashiach — the Son of Yahuah.
