the remnant awakens
Chapter 1
Intro
Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji
shalom, family! Welcome back to The Remnant Awakens. I’m your brother Pierre Lidji, and, man, I’m excited for this one. Today, we’re diving into a question I get all the time — who are the 12 tribes of Yashar’el? Like, what do their names actually mean? Where are they now? And, maybe most important for some of y’all listening, if you’re not a bloodline descendant, what’s your place in all this? I know, it’s a lot, but we’re gonna break it down together. So, grab your tea, your notebook, whatever you need, and let’s get into it.
Chapter 2
THE NAMES AND MEANINGS OF THE 12 TRIBES
Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji
Alright, so first things first — the names of the tribes. These aren’t just, like, random names somebody picked out of a hat. Each one is loaded with meaning, and honestly, it’s wild how much prophecy is packed into just the names. I mean, if you’ve been following the podcast, you know we talked before about how nothing in Scripture is by accident, right? So, let’s run through a few of these. Shim’on, or Simeon, means “hearing.” That’s about listening, not just with your ears, but with your heart. Leviy, or Levi, means “joined to me.” That’s about connection, being set apart for Yahuah. Yahudah — that’s Judah — means “praise.” That’s my tribe, by the way, and, uh, if you know anything about us, we’re loud with our praise. Dan means “judge.” Naphtaliy is “wrestling.” Gad is “troop” or “army.” Asher means “happy” or “blessed.” Yissaskar, or Issachar, is “reward” or “wages.” And Zebulun means “dwelling.” See, each name is like a piece of the puzzle, showing us Yahuah’s plan for His people. It’s not just history — it’s prophecy, it’s identity, it’s destiny. I mean, I could go on a whole tangent about how these names line up with the journey of the nation, but let’s keep it moving for now.
Chapter 3
WHERE ARE THE TRIBES TODAY?
Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji
So, where are these tribes now? That’s the million-dollar question, right? I get emails, DMs, all the time — “Pierre, where are the tribes? Who are they today?” And, look, I’m not gonna pretend I got every answer, but we do have some clues. Through history, migration, and, yeah, the ugly truth of slavery, we can trace a lot of the tribes. Leviy, or Levi, is mostly in Haiti, but also scattered among Judah. Binyamiyn, or Benjamin, is in Jamaica and parts of the West Indies. Ephrayim — that’s Puerto Rico and some of Latin America. Menashsheh — Cuba and the Americas. Zebulun — Guatemala and Central America. Yissaskar — Mexico. Gad — Native North Americans. Re’uven — that’s Reuben — Seminole and other Southeastern tribes. Asher — Colombia down to Brazil. Naphtaliy — Argentina and Chile. Shim’on — Dominican Republic and parts of West Africa. Now, I know some folks might push back, and, honestly, there’s still a lot of debate and research happening. But the point is, the tribes are not lost. They’re scattered, but not lost. And, as we talked about in previous episodes, especially when we dug into the Second Exodus, Yahuah is gathering His people from the four corners. That’s prophecy in motion, right now.
Chapter 4
HOPE FOR THE GRAFTED-IN BELIEVERS
Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji
Now, I wanna pause here, because I know some of y’all listening are like, “Okay, Pierre, but I’m not from any of those places. I’m not bloodline Yashar’el. What about me?” Listen, don’t let anybody tell you you’re left out. If you believe in Yahusha, if you’re walking in Torah, you are grafted in. That’s Romans 11, that’s Ephesians 2 — you’re part of the family. It’s not about DNA, it’s about covenant. I mean, we’ve talked about this before, but I gotta say it again: Yahuah’s promise is for all who join themselves to Him. So, whether you’re bloodline or grafted in, you got a place in this story. You got a role in the restoration. Don’t let anybody make you feel like a second-class citizen in the Kingdom. That’s not how Yahuah works.
Chapter 5
Outro
Pierre Alexandre Nissi Lidji
Alright, family, that’s a lot to chew on, I know. But I hope this gives you a clearer picture of who the 12 tribes are, what their names mean, where they might be today, and — most importantly — that the door is open for all who want to walk in truth. We’re living in prophetic times, y’all. The awakening is real. Stay humble, stay hungry, and keep seeking Yahuah. I appreciate you for tuning in, and, as always, Whether you’re from the seed of Yashar'el or a grafted-in believer from the nations, the call is the same: Come out of Babylon. Return to the covenant. Walk in Torah. Hold the belief of Yahusha. Revelation 14:12:"Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of Elohiym, and the faith of Yahusha." This is our identity. This is our heritage. This is the awakening.
